Vorspeise  -  Starter        Hauptgericht  -  Main Course          Nachspeise  -  Dessert

Nachspeise:   Apfelmus 

 500g Äpfel, 1/4l Wasser, Zucker, Zimtrinde, Zitronenschale 

Apfel waschen, Blüte, Stiel, Kerngehäuse entfernen, in Stücke 

schneiden.

Zusammen mit den Gewürzen in siedendes Wasser geben und weich kochen.

Die gekochte Masse durch ein Sieb schlagen und nach Geschmack süßen.

500g of apples, ¼ litre of water, cinnamon bark, lemon peel and sugar 

Wash the apples, take away the blossoms, the stalks, the pipes and the bad patches, cut them up. 

Put them together with the spices into boiled water and cook them soft. 

Pass the cooked mixture through a sieve and put as much sugar in as you like.
