NAME: Graciela Medina   COUNTRY (coming from):  Born in Uruguay, went to Sweeden     

What´s your name and where do you come from?

My name is Graciela Medina and I was born in Uruguay but I went to Sweeden in 1975.

Did you come alone or with your family?

Because of politic reasons. There was a dictature in Uruguay, that´s why I went to Sweeden.

How did your family react when you left?

 How did you adapt to Spain?

I came to Spain for the first time in 1980 on holidays. We came on holidays for ten years. I liked this hot weather, the light,

because Sweeden has a very hard weather and winters are very long. So, we decided to come here looking for the sun.

Have you ever thought to come back to Uruguay?

 Yes, I  always dream of visit this country again, but I have no  plans by now.

What do you miss of your country?

 27 years have passed since I left, I was very young when I arrived to Sweeden but maybe what I miss the most is our culture,

 our people, the food, but, as I told you it´s long time ago and now I have the european way of life.
